About Us

Ross McCarthy and Sarah Bolton are both seasoned business professionals having over 30 years experience between them in the commercial world. We head up a team of dedicated energy assessors who perform both Commercial and Domestic energy inspections to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s), Air-conditioning Inspections (ACI’s) or Display Energy Certificates (DEC’s) for the large variety of premises that are now required by law to have these documents BEFORE they are marketed either for sale or rent.

Furthermore the Government is now taking steps to enforce the legislation by imposing fines on those individuals and companies that are flouting the law and the penalties can be severe (please see our Home page for details).

Energy-assessors-online covers a wide geographical area from the West Midlands across to East Anglia down to London and including the South East (Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire) and as far West as Bournemouth on the South Coast and up to Bristol.
